Cervejiiinha presents ‘Cesta de Seis’ with 3 different flavors at Roda de Boteco

Cervejiiinha is one of the 14 participants in the first edition of the Roda de Boteco festival, which takes place in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim. Run by partners Theo Mascarenhas and Thiago Chiquetto, the business opened in March 2021 and is a unique setting in the secret capital of the world.

Furthermore, the place is a place of meeting and affection, and the members guarantee that those who try it always come back. Cervejiiinha has a varied drink list, different beer labels and a kitchen with different types of snacks.

According to Theo Mascarenhas, “Roda de Boteco is of fundamental importance for people to learn about new initiatives in the sector and is a fundamental incentive for the economy in the entertainment area. With Roda de Boteco people have the opportunity to promote meetings in new environments and old factories closed for almost two years “, he says.

The dish presented by Cervejiiinha is the basket of 6, which contains six rolls of pastel dough, two of cream cheese with beef constellation, cheese with leeks and dulce de leche with walnuts, accompanied by mint mayonnaise. “Since the flagship of the house is the pastel, the idea was not to deviate too much from this logic, bringing new elements to compose the fillings”, emphasizes Theo.

Snacks from participating pubs in the Festival have a single fixed price of R $ 32.90, with a complimentary 650ml Brahma Double Malt beer.

Theo points out that the expectations for the event are the best. “Enjoy the event to the fullest and we can be a bridge to new life experiences, new encounters, new relationships, as this is our goal, to provide a unique experience,” adds one of the owners of Cervejiiinha.

A total of 14 pubs compete for the title of best in the region in the first edition of the Roda de Boteco Festival, in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim. Each bar participates with an original snack, which will be evaluated by the customers, taking into account the taste and originality of the snack, the temperature of the drink, the service and the hygiene of the place. Each facility will have a ballot box for voting.

The competition will end and the winner will be unveiled on 11 June, at the Botecão, with a show by Alexandre Pires, in the “Baile do Nego Véio tour”, at the Carlos Caiado Barbosa Exhibition Park in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim. At the Botecão there will be all the bars and that day, in addition to unveiling the best bar, the best waiter of the tour will also be unveiled.
