The first edition of the Roda de Boteco Festival in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim started on May 6 and will continue until June 5. There are 14 pubs vying for the title of best in the region. They have created unique snacks, which the public will be able to enjoy in this almost one month of competition. In the evaluation, the bartenders must take into account the taste and originality of the snack, the temperature of the drink, the service and the hygiene of the place.

Voting machines are located in the factories themselves. Boteco do Caranguejo, Boteco Mister Pig, Cervejiiinha, Conveniência S / A, Eco Bar, Ilha Pub, Imperium Churrascaria, Katatas, Mustache, Clay Pot Brazilian Foods, Clay Pot Retro, Pedroni’s Bar, Manager’s Reserve and Gourmet balcony. The winner will be unveiled on 11 June, at the Botecão, the time of the festival when all the bars / bars gather in the city’s Exhibition Park.
