After two years without a real June party due to the Covid pandemic, the hottest and coldest season of the year has finally arrived. Among these, the first edition of Arraial da Dona Junina.

The event will take place on June 17th, in Ascade, with live music, dishes from local restaurants and themed decorations.

“Arraial da Dona Junina comes from novelty and encounters. It will be an event to highlight the best of São João do Cerrado, the union and all the festivals in June ”, says Lucas Falcão, partner of the project. “Celebrating is part of our DNA and our history. With a great fair for the whole family, with its cultural variations, where all Brazilians meet to celebrate under the starry sky of Brasilia and with flags that color the landscape ”, adds traveling companion Felipe Leão.

The food court will have 40 stalls, including the participation of restaurants from the Brazilian food scene, some with traditional menu options, others with exclusive options for the event.
