ADIT Share 2022 will hold a wide debate on timeshares in Brazil

The 10th edition of ADIT Share which will take place on June 2, 3 and 4 at Thermas dos Laranjais in Olímpia (SP), has a program full of current and very important topics for the sector. Promoted by ADIT Brasil – Associação para o Desenvolvimento Imobiliário e Turístico do Brasil and with Revista Hotéis as media partner, the event is the largest forum on Multi-Property and Timeshare in South America. It is a great opportunity for participants to debate, exchange experiences and expand networks with national and international authorities. This year there will be more than 20 content, including lectures and panels, in three days of activities. The event brings together the largest hotel chains, resorts, financial institutions and investors in the industry.

Current topics

Topics discussed include subscription models and the future of tourism, regulation and legal structures for shared ownership, timeshares in the context of the financial market and the technologies used in the industry today. “The event is a great opportunity to consolidate partnerships and discuss the new directions of key Brazilian tourist destinations. In addition, holding a meeting like this is important in positioning Olímpia for what the city is today: one of the most important tourist and hotel centers in the country,” said Jorge Noronha, president of Thermas dos Laranjais.

The city of Olímpia is home to some of the largest timeshare developments in Brazil. The city is not only the “home base” of Thermas dos Laranjais, the most visited water park in Latin America and one of the most visited in the world, but receives almost 3 million tourists a year and recently became the first District in the world Brazil.
