Vacations, long weekends or weekend trips are not always associated with big hotels or expensive resorts. With that in mind, we were looking for cabins where a night would cost you less than 100 euros and even found an option for 36 euros per night.

They are just like in the movies: isolated, in the middle of the forest, but close to everything and contactless, and some even have Wi-Fi. If you are planning to spend a few days on a romantic getaway for two or even with your family, you will be able to go outside.

Located in the north of the country, as well as in the Alentejo and Algarve, these Airbnb lodges are ideal for hot or cold weather and are fully equipped for your every need.

1. Hut near the beaches of Alentejo

Surrounded by pine trees and in a place where the noise comes only from nature – from the chirping of birds to the waves crashing against the rocks -, This tipi hut is located in Vila Nova de Milfontes, very close to the extensive Malian beach, one of the most popular in the area.

Built of wood, it can accommodate up to two guests. It has two single beds and a baby cot, and you can also bring your pets with you. Bathroom, dressing room and kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, gas stove, toaster and dining table.

Even being in the middle of the forest, you can connect not only to nature, but also to the available Wi-Fi. 2. Cozy wooden chalet in the Algarve

This cottage in Lagoa, in the Faro area, is ideal for families. It has two bedrooms and four single beds (two of which are bunk beds), with the possibility of a baby cot on request, as well as a chair and a bath for babies. It also offers an exclusive workplace, functional thanks to Wi-Fi, and a bathroom.

In the countryside, close to the city and the beach and overlooking the Monchique mountains, you can enjoy a patio with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area with barbecue. In addition to the bedroom, there is a bathroom and a kitchen equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave and utensils such as a coffee maker and crockery. Smoking is allowed inside this cabin, but you can also do so on the patio where you will have plenty of privacy.

There is no kitchen, air conditioning, TV or wi-fi. On the other hand, you can enjoy barbecue facilities, free parking, private patio with veranda and communal pool. From Lua Branca you have access to the lake and view of the valley.

This wooden hut is located in the shade, on the edge of the forest. This allows the animals and provides the greatest peace of mind while being away from the hustle and bustle. Each night spent on this Airbnb costs €79, and the service charge means you’ll spend another €69.
